Sathva โ€“ Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy

Order Acceptance

Sathva reserves the right to accept or reject any order. An order is considered accepted only after it is dispatched.

Once you place an order, a confirmation will be sent to your registered email address and/or phone number along with a unique Order ID. Please use this Order ID in all communications regarding your order.


Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel your order by contacting our customer support at [email / phone].
  • Cancellations are eligible for a full refund only if made within the same calendar day of placing the order and before the product is dispatched.
  • After this cut-off time, the order will be considered confirmed and cannot be cancelled.

Refund Policy

General Conditions

As our products are perishable, all sales are considered final except under the circumstances listed below.

You are eligible for a refund if:

  1. Order cancelled within the cut-off time.
  2. Product is out of stock and cannot be produced or supplied due to unforeseen circumstances.
  3. Wrong product or damaged item received
    • Must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
    • You must return the unused product in its original packaging.
  4. Quality concern
    • Must be reported within 2 days of delivery.
    • At least 90% of the product must be unused and returned in original packaging.
    • Refund will be processed only after inspection and approval by Sathva.

You are NOT eligible for a refund if:

  • Shipment was returned due to incorrect address provided by you.
  • No arrangements were made to accept the delivery.
  • You refused delivery for reasons other than product damage.
  • Damage to the product is reported after 24 hours of delivery.
  • Quality issues are reported after 2 days of delivery.

Refund Timeline

  • Once your cancellation or return is approved, Sathva will initiate a refund within 3โ€“5 business days.
  • Refunds will be processed to your original method of payment.
  • Depending on your bank/payment provider, it may take an additional 3โ€“7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of returning products unless the return is due to Sathvaโ€™s error (e.g., wrong or damaged item).
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund when applicable.
